Single left mouse click, or type Alt + T, to drop down the Tools menu.
The Tools menu contains six menu items, and two submenus:
Click on Update Manager in the Tools menu, or type Control + U, to start the Update Manager.
The Update Manager updates the data on your PC by accessing your data provider over the internet.

The data Maintenance submenu contains one command:
The Symbols Maintenance Wizard allows the user to select which symbols to include in the updates.

The Backup / Restore Wizard allows the user to backup or restore data files. The Wizard has three options, Create new backup file, restore existing backup file, or maintain existing backup.
