Stock Investor has both Price indicators (preceded by a red P) and Fundamental indicators (preceded by a blue F).
Stock Investor has both price indicators, and comparative indicators. Price indicators use the price data of single symbols and apply a mathematical equation to produce the indicator's display. Comparative indicators use the price data for two symbols, and mathematically compare or apply them against each other to create the indicator.
For information on how indicators can be displayed, go to the Displaying Indicators help topic.
Price Indicators can be organised into the following groups:
Indicators in the Momentum group are produced by algorithms
using financial data related to the direction of trading and its relative
amplitude over time. For more information, click on Momentum
Indicators.

Indicators in the Moving Average group are produced by algorithms using financial data related to the volume of trading for an instrument over time.

The indicators in the top group of the Indicator's palette, are overlaid on the price chart.

All Indicators have similar formatting control features allowing the user to control the display of the indicator.
Go to the Indicator Properties help topic for more information.
