ETF Bond Type: International Corporate

ETFs have become increasingly popular in recent years as a way to invest in a wide variety of assets, including bonds. Bond ETFs offer the same diversification benefits as other ETFs, but with the added bonus of interest payments. International corporate bond ETFs offer exposure to the bonds of companies located outside the United States. These ETFs can provide diversification benefits, as international markets may react differently to news and events than the U.S. market. In addition, international corporate bond ETFs tend to have higher yields than U.S. bond ETFs, making them an attractive option for income-focused investors. However, international corporate bond ETFs also come with some risks, including currency risk and heightened political risk. Before investing in any ETF, it is important to understand the risks and rewards associated with the investment.
